Our Ballet students are examined through Cecchetti, USA. The Cecchetti Method is a disciplined system designed with careful regard to the laws of anatomy, thus preparing dancers' bodies to bear the strains and trials of public performance. It is the embodiment of qualities essential to the dancer - balance, poise, strength, elevation, elasticity, and an artistic sense of quality. Classic in it's purity and clean-cut style, it enables dancers to respond to the demands of different choreographers.

Students preparing for examination should enroll in two Ballet classes a week for Primary and Standard 1 and three classes for Grades 1 through 5 exams. Yearly week-long Intensive Programs are held in Sarasota, Florida and Las Vegas, Nevada for students with Grade 2 experience. There is also a yearly day intensive held in Hartford in the winter for all Ballet students. All dancers are encouraged to attend quarterly NADAA seminars in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
